Custom orders typically require 3-4 months from creation to delivery.

Can I put down a deposit for a sculpture?

Yes, we offer a deposit system where you can pay a 30% deposit upfront to secure the piece. The remaining balance can be settled within one month. Additionally, we provide the option of four-part payments through Afterpay.

What payment method options are avaliable?

We accept AMEX and Afterpay for both online and in-store purchases.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Absolutely! We ship our products worldwide, ensuring that our one-of-a-kind pieces reach you no matter where you are.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For instance, if you're located within Melbourne, delivery usually takes 1-2 days. In Victoria, we aim to deliver within a week, and for international deliveries, the average wait time is between 15-25 days with Australia Post and 10-15 days with DHL.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Due to Error

In the event of an incorrect price listing, inaccurate descriptive information, or an erroneous image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If your credit card has been charged, we will promptly refund the total amount debited.

Product Returns

We are committed to replacing any faulty or damaged product with a similar item. Should you need to return a defective product, please notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage, where we outline the requirements for returns. If the product is found to be faulty upon arrival, we will provide a full replacement and offer a complete refund, including postage/shipping charges.

Additionally, we will exchange any undamaged product purchased from us for a similar item, provided it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within seven (7) days of the original purchase. Should damaged goods be returned to us for exchange, we will refund packing and postage charges.

If, at the time of return, we are unable to replace or exchange the returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the initially debited amount for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.

Crystal and Gemstone Sculptures:

  • Storage: Store crystal sculptures in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration or warping.Most transparent crystals should not be exposed to sunlight since the heat and light exposure causes the colors to fade or the crystals to shatter.

Sandstone Sculptures:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft brush or cloth to remove loose dirt and debris. Avoid using water unless necessary, as it can cause erosion or staining. If moss grows on the sculpture, gently remove it with a soft brush or a mixture of water and mild soap.
  • Outdoor Placement for Sandstone Sculptures: While sandstone sculptures are indeed perfect for outdoor use, it's essential to note some considerations. Sandstone is porous and can absorb moisture, which may lead to changes in the sculpture over time. However, historically, sandstone has been one of the main materials used for outdoor sculptures. For instance, the temples in India are primarily made of sandstone.
  • Features and Maintenance: When placing sandstone sculptures outdoors, you may notice some changes in the features over time due to exposure to the elements.
